    The Galinot vineyard was the first planted and reconstructed by Marcel and planted in 1959. The grape grown on this steep plot is Sauvignon Jaune which is matured half in part new demi muids, half in foudre. It usually requires at least two years maceration in bottle to show its potential. Belles Dames is a larger vineyard, 5 hectares, planted on deep Silex soil with a perfect South East Exposition. This is a true Sancerre, Sauvignon Blanc delight.
